All operations on the Secure Cloud Gateway are recorded, the uploading records can be traced, and integrity check is performed to prevent tampering.

The purpose of the data collection is clear, the data set is minimized, and deployment occurs only with the customer’s permission. This complies with local laws and regulations, and only related to O&M information but not device service data is obtained.

For one-way requests, only the outbound policy on the customer side needs to be enabled. The DME IQ cloud system will never proactively initiate requests to the customer side.

Before being stored, data is encrypted using AES256 to prevent information leakage.
