Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you.

If you use GrabCert for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our additional policies form part of these Terms where they apply.

GrabCert's 30-day and 90-day access plans are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically, and there are no recurring subscription charges to cancel. Review the selected exam, plan, price, currency, discounts, and any applicable taxes before authorizing payment.

Stripe processes checkout and payment card information. GrabCert receives payment status and transaction references but does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the purchased access is made available to your account.

Digital access normally begins immediately after successful payment. We may reject, cancel, or review a transaction affected by a pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, or legal restriction. If we accept payment but cannot provide the purchased access, we will provide a reasonable correction, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law.

GrabCert content and access are licensed, not sold. During your valid access period, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial certification study.

GrabCert and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including the website, software, design, text, question collections, explanations, graphics, branding, and organization of the materials. Certification names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

GrabCert is an independent exam preparation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, CompTIA, Google Cloud, Oracle, or any other certification provider unless we expressly state otherwise.

Exam objectives, provider rules, and test content can change. We work to keep study materials useful and current, but the Services may contain errors or omissions and are not official provider materials. You remain responsible for checking the current exam blueprint, registration rules, identification requirements, and candidate agreement with the certification provider.

Study outcomes depend on many factors. Use of the Services does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, earn a credential, or achieve a particular employment result. The 90-day pass guarantee is a conditional refund program, not a promise that you will pass.

The 30-day plan is not covered by the pass guarantee. A paid 90-day plan may qualify only when the matching official exam is taken after access expires and within 15 calendar days after that access expires, the result is non-passing, the candidate name matches the account holder name, and the claim is submitted within 5 calendar days of the actual exam date with verifiable evidence.

An approved pass-guarantee refund equals the amount actually paid for the qualifying purchase minus a 10% payment gateway fee. The complete eligibility, evidence, exclusion, and review rules are in our Refund Policy, which controls the pass-guarantee claim process.

Because plans are one-time purchases, there is no recurring service to cancel. Contact us about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized payments, or material access problems so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may add, update, reorganize, or retire study content and features as exams and the Services evolve. We may also temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons. We use reasonable efforts to keep paid access available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, and hosting or email vendors help operate the Services. Their systems and any third-party websites linked from GrabCert are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean that GrabCert endorses the linked service.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including major network outages, provider failures, natural disasters, government actions, or similar events, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or account sharing, extracted protected content, threatened security, disrupted the Services, or created legal risk. We may act without advance notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary, and may ask for information to review the restriction.

Paid access also ends when its stated period expires or when the associated purchase is refunded or reversed. A suspension or termination caused by your material breach does not create a refund right except where required by law. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and accrued obligations continue after access ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that every question, explanation, provider reference, or feature will always be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free. These disclaimers do not override an express obligation in our Refund Policy or a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabCert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, exam fees, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabCert's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase or Service that gave rise to that claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other excluded categories under applicable law.
